01) Receive Request For Information (RFI)
After you inquire, we set up time with you to discuss your logistics needs. If needed, we enter into an NDA or NCA to protect any sensitive information related to your business that may be discussed in a discovery call.
02) Discovery Call
Inquiry dependent, but our initial discussion will likely cover type of cargo, volume of shipments, origin and destination points, time constraints (e.g., expedited freight, FCFS/live), special requirements (e.g., for drivers, tracking, communication, technology needs, pickup and delivery facilities), equipment needs (e.g., PPE, trailer types, liftgates), scope of visibility, cargo security measures (e.g., number of straps, tarps, dunnage, or permit requirements), and understand the level of communication you need (e.g., when loads dispatch). If we agree to work together, then QWI will move forward with the RFI (or RFQ).
03) Internal Assessment
After our discovery call, the Quality Wheels Inc. team gets together to perform a feasibility analysis and discuss how our current capacity and capabilities can best fit your business model. We develop a preliminary plan and send it to you for review.
04) Alignment and Kickoff
Once we’re in agreement on the proposal, we conduct a formal kickoff meeting with you to align on processes and how they will be integrated into our operations.
05) Implementation and Training
We create training materials, a customer-specific SOP, for our internal team to make sure all assigned team members fully understand your requirements. We set up tracking and communication protocols for expert-level transparency, and we train drivers and dispatchers on the specifics of your shipment until the operation is as prepared as a well-oiled machine.
06) Go Time
Following the newly created customer-specific SOP, we begin active management of your shipment, exceeding industry standards. We provide you with the agreed upon visibility into shipments and operations through advanced fleet systems and 24/7 in-house support to address any concerns or issues that arise…though we aim to get ahead of them!
07) Periodic Review
We continuously monitor the service quality throughout your shipment’s journey. Either quarterly or monthly, we look internally at anything wrong on our end and in general, discussing and reconciling the issues with you. We invite your feedback, actively listening to ensure we make adjustments that can improve our service and adapt to needs as appropriate.

I have to say for my experience with Quality wheels, it was amazing. Nice Equipment to drive in. Out of all the Trucking companies I been with this is the Top 1, I say I will stay at as a trucker or come back to as a Trucker. Quality Wheels is definitely the place for elite level drivers. From Anna getting you onboard, Max keeping you comfy, and Eugene making sure your truck is in top shape, 5 stars is literally not enough! The team gives you nothing but cool, mellow, positive vibes, and this is the first company that I've ever worked with that has a safety department that really has your back...felt kinda weird,lol. Not to overwhelm him but if you get Kevin on dispatch, you can not lose!! When I did my research I honestly thought the reviews were bull$***😂. Turned out to be no exaggerating whatsoever! I thought I was someone's favorite, until I talked to some other drivers and found out they treat everyone like that 🤣! My only reason for stepping away was due to a family situation,but if not for that, I'd be retiring from there.

So far so good, this company has been a blessing for me **** these people actually take care of their equipment, brought my truck in for a pm, they did all of that and more. Although used, my truck is in excellent condition,they don't use recaps on any tires, the steers are of good quality, 👍 wish I found this company four years ago.
Their entire dispatch team is great specifically Eddy, always great communications from all of them and honesty and accountability is in their name!
Andre was fantastic! I would work with them several times if I could. The driver was on time for a multiple pick up load, and was fully prepared with PPE and all items needed. Fantastic company!
Thank you for the 5-STAR service by the Quality Wheels driver and dispatcher. Working with Andre was exactly what I wish EVERY CARRIER DID! Provided consistent and quality updates throughout the entire shipment, along with the paperwork documents for confirmation both at pick up and delivery. The trucks also are equipment with Samsara live-tracking so that makes for a great experience as well. THANK YOU ANDRE!!!

Hello.I would like to share both of my experiences with Quality Wheels Trucking Company.The name speaks for itself. The staff is great, accounting, fleet manager, owners ect.. Especially my Brother Max... Excellent guy and he doesn't mind answering any and all of your questions.The company is great and my settlements were never late ( On time every Friday)..I had to leave because of family issues returned back and left again..Both times after 45 days my entire escrow was refunded and my last settlement was deposited when i left..I can honestly say that Quality Wheels is one of the better companies in the Chicago area...Call Max.......
The whole entire staff is absolutely great. No lie, they've treated me very very well. Whenever i had an issue, they corrected it immediately. Anna is awesome!! They make things happen!! They take care of their drivers 💯💯

It was a pleasure to work with Greg in dispatch at Quality Wheels. Communication was excellent as he always picked up the phone when I called along with prompt email updates throughout the process for Loading/Unloading. He picked up all of my loads and delivered them all on time as well! ETA's were accurate. Would load again

A very good company with great dispatchers and great leadership behind it that really takes great care of their drivers, customers, and their relationship with brokers.
Worst people to work with they tell you not to drive on interstates they tell you to drive on local roads to Avoid tolls and if you don’t do it they will take from your check Then another thing is they edit the load rates and send to driver with less money on it force dispatch Avoid avoid avoid avoid they held security deposit and never give it back avoid as possible
I've been with this company for 2 years and it's been like working with family. I've bought 2 trucks and 2 trailers from them. Both have been smooth and great experiences. The owner is a great guy and I couldn't of asked for a better company to drive for. The ladies and gentlemen in the office are always on point and they always make sure you have what you need to complete your job. This company is very transparent. Every thing is open and upfront. The owner, management, dispatchers & drivers are all caring and considerate. Strung me along for a lease purchase truck. Turns out they couldn't provide even after leaving my previous employer. Can't reccomend them for anything. I am real, not a fake reviewer. You should be ashamed of yourself for no professionalism.
