FAQ

Full Truckload Questions, Answered

Straight answers about how we move full truckload freight. Don't see your question? Our team is one call away.

What is the difference between full truckload (FTL) and LTL?

With full truckload, one shipper's freight fills the trailer and the truck runs directly from pickup to delivery. With less than truckload (LTL), several shippers share one trailer and freight moves through terminals along the way. FTL means fewer touches, less risk of damage and faster transit, which makes it the better fit for larger shipments or freight that can't afford extra handling.

How much does a full truckload shipment cost?

FTL pricing depends on distance, lane, equipment type, freight weight and current market conditions, including fuel. Every load is quoted individually, so the fastest way to get a real number is to request a truckload quote with your pickup, delivery and freight details.

What areas do you cover?

We haul full truckload freight across the lower 48 states, operating out of Schaumburg, Illinois.

What equipment do you run?

Our fleet runs dry van and flatbed trailers. Dry vans protect general and palletized freight from the weather, flatbeds handle loads that go on from the side or top.

Is there any freight you don't haul?

Yes. To keep every load safe and compliant, we do not haul hazardous materials (hazmat) or glass. All loads must stay within legal weight limits and meet product requirements.

How much cargo insurance do you carry?

Every load we haul is covered by $250,000 in cargo insurance.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You get 24/7 visibility on your freight from pickup to delivery, and our team is available to update you on your load at any point along the way.

What if I ship the same lane every week?

Then a dedicated lane may be the better fit. You get committed trucks, the same drivers and a contracted rate for your recurring freight. Dedicated contracts start at one load per week. Learn more about Dedicated Lanes.
